I made this relish one summer for our Labor Day cookout. It is excellent on burgers, hot dogs, sausage, and seafood. Everyone always asks if I have red pepper jelly for the cream cheese dip that they typically make around the holidays. I tell them that this is relish pairs perfectly with any kind of cheese. The sweetness comes from the sweet red peppers, organic cane sugar and apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients: Red Peppers, Onion, Organic Dried Cane Syrup, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Mustard Seeds, Chili Pepper, Spice.
